Irem Akman Keskin graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2003 and started her career as a sales manager and sales team leader at Axa Oyak Insurance Company. Keskin, who started working at Lafarge Group in 2007, continued her career as Human Resources Specialist at Oyak Aslan Cement A.Ş after the group was transferred to Oyak Group.

Keskin, who worked as a Human Resources Group Manager at Itelligence Turkey in 2012, finally worked as a Human Resources Director at Solvia Software and Consultancy Company, and afterwards Keskin has startedto continue her career at GTech in September 2021.

Throughout her career, she has led organizational development, talent management and employee satisfaction projects. Irem Akman Keskin is responsible for the management of all human resources processes such as employee experience, career, performance and talent management, employer branding and talent acquisition within GTech.
