(Human Resources Budget Planning) Project
Entek, manages the budget planning of the employees, in all its
facilities in Turkey, in a central and secure system with the expertise of GTech.
The Project:
- Employee costs in different facilities and businesses were budgeted in accordance with legal regulations.
- Quick monitoring of the effect of additional income and vested benefits provided within the company on employee costs was provided.
- By creating a parametric infrastructure, the effect of systemic changes on costs was monitored quickly.
- Integration with the main budget application was provided.

- Providing the easy management of person-based additional income, with the employee personal screen which is seen by Human Resources.
