Our biggest social responsibility project: The Youth

With GTech Academy, we train the technical leaders of the future as a supporter of the young people who want to develop their careers in the technology field. We provide trainings for the young ones who carry out studies related to Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Database Management services and we include those who have successfully completed the process in our team. 35% of our team consists of valuable employees who have joined us through the academy.

  • Melyaz Project

    With the MELYAZ project, we support the development of young people studying in the field of Information Technologies inVocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools. Within the scope of the project, in which 20 companies and 20 schools were matched, we were also matched with Ataturk Contemporary Life Multi-Program Anatolian High School. We enrich  the curriculum of 11th-grade, and we prepare our 12th-grade students for business life by offering internship opportunities at GTech.

Our Activities: We celebrate our achievements and special days together

We celebrate our successes together with our employees and spend our special days together. We relieve stress in our monthly Happy Hour organizations and have a pleasant time by organizing  football, billiards, darts, and PlayStation tournaments. We are renewing our energy by organizing a party to celebrate the beginning of summer.

Our common areas

We increase our motivation by spending productive time.

We use our common areas to make our time at the office both more enjoyable and more productive. Our employees can start their day energetically by using the breakfast service offered in the morning in our cafe area. During their breaks, they can have a pleasant time by playing PlayStation, darts, billiards, and foosball. In this way, we increase the motivation of our employees and increase their productivity.

G-Talks

While we enjoy being together, we strengthen our bond. We enjoy being together at G-Talks meetings,  in which the GTech management team also participates, and we strengthen our relations. G-Talks meetings, where our teams are divided into groups, are organized to discuss topics outside of work.
