The Project:

• Preparation of headcount reports in breakdowns such as cost location, contract type, location by budgeting based on people.
• Creating personnel costs based on cost locations.
• Providing users with the opportunity to work in different scenarios.
• Monitoring the reflection of the monthly variability of the minimum wage in the cost section in the reports.
• Transferring the resulting personnel costs to the budget by integrating with the currently used budget module.
• Making leave provisions calculable in the system.
• Calculation of severance payments in accordance with legal regulations.

Achievements:

• Easy management of processes with parametric calculation of payrolls for existing and new personnel.
• Creating a secure structure by calculating the employer’s obligations for each net or gross item in accordance with the legal legislation.
• Reporting the data entered and calculated on the system in the desired detail and creating a control mechanism.
• Creating an infrastructure that will enable detailed reporting in details such as cost center, location and CPM.
• Creation of Fuchs reporting and management-based headcount reports.
• Detailed reporting of leave calculation and severance pay costs.
