Eray Karacaoğlan graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2000 and has worked on many transformation and digitalization projects in various banks both in Turkey and abroad. He started his career as a business analyst at the Accenture Frankfurt office and continued his career at companies such as Finansbank/IBTECH, Fiba Holding, Intertech and Koç Sistem, serving the banking and finance sector. He joined the GTech team as Senior Director of Financial Technologies in July 2017.

Within GTech, which he joined in order to contribute to digitalization opportunities in all processes of the banks he serves with his experience gained thanks to projects he has done in different geographies, he leads all domestic and international activities in the finance sector, especially Main Banking, Digital Banking, Legal Reporting, as Assistant General Manager Responsible for Financial Technologies.
